Return Policy

All sales are final and are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons. Replacements are acceptable for damaged items.

Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must report the issue within 5 days of the delivery date. To get a replacement for the same item, send us an email at with the subject being "Damaged Item" and pictures of the item along with your order number. Customer service will review the email and respond within 3 business days. Once replacement is accepted and shipped, we will email you a new tracking number.
